Is there a way to disable CMCI handling in ESXi (as no_cmci linux option)?

Given the KB article 2140848, is there a boot option that can be used to disable CMCI in ESXi?

Would turning off "Reliable Memory" feature have the same effect? Is there a way to turn off/disable Reliable Memory feature?
