Internet on guest through managment network

We rented a dedicated server with ESXi 6.5 installed. The hoster issued one external ip-address through which I manage ESXi. Is it possible to connect the guest system to the Internet (directly or through routers) with this configuration? How can this be realized? Put the guest network card in VMNetwork, and then give it your external address? I tried pfSense, so it's still not clear how to configure the adapter looking on the Internet. I reviewed a lot of articles, but I did not find a way ...

You cannot use one IP-address for managing your ESXi server and the same IP-address for other machines.

But theoretically you can run all your VMs and the management inteface over one single physical NIC.

You will need at least one more IP address for your VMs, You can run multiple VMs behind one IP address using Network Address Translation (NAT). But ESXi host IP address is dedicated for management. You can't use it for virtual machine network purposes.

With addresses it is clear. (giving the guest adapter the mac address of the physical, I still had icmp to Internet resources, but http did not).

And if I have a second ip (it already exists), should it be on a different physical interface or can it be on the same?

Not sure what you mean when you refer to the MAC addresses. They don't need to be modified.

To give your VM access to Internet, you will need to assign the IP address to it and then connect it to the port group on the vSwitch, which has physical external connectivity.
