Installing additional CPU

Hello,

We've purchased a license for VMware Essentials and an additional CPU to add to our server. My question is this: Should I install the license key before or after adding the CPU?

Thanks for any info,

Rod

I think either way would work fine.  I would install the CPU, make sure everything comes up correctly and that the CPU is seen, and then install the new license.

Personally, I would install the proc first then apply the license.
