Installing ESXi Custom (7.03) HPE on Proliant DL380 GEN 10 FAILS! Says already installed

Hey

So I install VMWARE ESXI 7.03 but then after the fact I decided to redo my raids and what not via Bios. I formatted and recreated raids but when i boot off install disc it keeps failing and gives NO options and says I already have vmware esxi installed!

I do not know what to do!

I will reset everything and erase everything if need be. But how do I go about that? Any other similar issues?

Get e.g. the gParted LiveCD, and use it to erase the partition table, to ensure it does not have any "dirty" bits remaining from the previous installation.

Just to confirm. Are you trying to install ESXi directly (booting from the ISO image), or do you try to set it up using HPE's Intelligent Provisioning?

I did that and it cleared it. I am having no further issues, in that regard.
