Installing ESXI on Hyper-V on Server 2016/Windows 10

Hello all. I'm trying to install ESXI on Hyper-V on my Windows 10 physical host machine. I created the custom iso which has the nic drivers for hyper-v, am able to receive an ip address from my dhcp server but am unable to ping the host. I saw the other thread for vsphere 5.5 that said to edit hyper-v xml configuration file to enable promiscuous mode but with Windows 10, the configuration file is in binary format in vmcx format. Has anybody been able to install esxi on hyper v on windows 10/server 2016?

Thank you

You can only install up to ESXi 6.0 on Hyper-V, due to the tulip vib not working anymore in ESXi 6.5.  You can find information on how to get ESXi 6.0 or 5.5 working properly under Hyper-V here, and i've got it working at home, so i can confirm.
