Installed ESX 4.0 But unable to connect with client.

I installed ESX 4.0 in Workstation 6.5

ESX starts up just fine and I can reach the host using http and download the client. But when I try to connect using the client I get this two errors.

I have two vms installed ESX and ESXi both get the same erro. IF you have any input it would be great.

As I am just starting to learn virtuliazation and I am stuck with no idea of the cause.

Okay found the answer on google. Looks like the issue is runnign Windows & RC, running in xp mode fixed the issue.
