Installation of ESX 4 in Graphical mod with block size 4

I want to create a VM on host machine with 1 TB disk space but default configuration of Storage disk does not allow for creating more than 256 GB disk space for VM because block size is set by default 1 MB during the installation.

So please help how can change blockSize from the configuration of Storage without re-installation of host machine.

If it is not possible then update how can change it during the installation of ESX 4 in graphical mod.

Do you really need a graph mode ?

In graphical mode or after the installation - I think this is impossible.

I have already followed this document and modify the block size but installation could not be continue after applying this command /bin/weasel. Can you send any document related the installation of ESX 4 with text mod that’s can be help full for me because I have not expertise in the installation of ESX 4 in text mod.
