In vMotion which files moves to the destination ESX Host?

Dear VMware Experts,

VM stores on a Shared Storage, While moving VM from one ESX Host to another, i want to know that VM any files are moved to the destination ESX Host, once vmotioned process completes.

No files are moved with vmotion - the VM memory contents are moved from one ESXi host to the other - the files do not change. If you are talking storage vmotion where the files that make a vm are moved from one datastore to another while the VM is running - the non VMDK files are copied first -

No files are moved during vMotion unless you are not storing virtual machine swapfiles on shared storage that is accessible by all host in the cluster.

If you have specified to store virtual machine swapfiles on local storage of the host this file will have to move to a location accesible by the destination host when a vMotion occurs.  Either to that host's virtual machine swapfile location or to the virtual machines location on shared storage.
