If I click on hardware status, nothing is displayed on the screen

Dear Team,

I have esxi4.1 381591 host, If I click on Hardware Status tab then no information is displayed, I am not able to see hardrware information ... how to fetch hardware related details ... Need ur help to resolve this issue.
