ISCSI failover not working

Hi i'm experiencing an issue with ISCSI failover on my vsphere servers with an DELL MD3200i storage array

Servers are directly connected to the SAN with 4 Pnics. The idea is to have 2 Pnics for multipathing and 2 for redundancy/failover.

Redundancy works fine but when i unplug the 2 active pnics, no redundancy appears and all the 4 ways to each lun become dead.

Funny thing is that ping from my computer to a VM still works ...

my config into the 2 attached images

I don't see what i could have missed

Thanks for the help

in vCenter Under storage  views what is your Multipathing status?

in the MD GUI interface Modular Disk Storage manager do you have any alerts regarding the storage array specifically for Virtual disk not on preferred path?
