IPMI SEL Unavailable

I have three Dell servers running ESXi 6.5 and they all have the following error (below) being reported hundreds of times every hour.  These three servers were originally installed with the Dell customized ESXi 6.5 ISO.  I have made sure that NTP is set up properly, I have reset the IPMI event logs, and I have restarted the server multiple times to no avail. Does anyone know what I might be able to do to stop these errors?

As you can see, it's the same error over and over again - the only thing that changes is the alpha-numeric "code" in brackets.

Thanks in advance!
