How to change the IP address of ESX? If we change the IP of ESX what are the necessary changes to be done after that?

Are you looking to change ESX or ESXi?

If ESX check the KB's mentioned above please make sure you have hardware remove console(ILO,DRAC) or you are present physcailly before performing the IP change.

For ESXi - Changing IP is simple connect to the DCUI and make the IP changes Refer KB
