IBM System x3100 ESX 5?

Hi,

I cannot find any confirmation for that one.

IBM System x3100 with Intel Pentium 2C G870

Will I be able to install ESX 5 without any problems on this server please?

Intel Pentium 2C servers are not supported for ESXi 5.0 and the supported one's are;

• Intel "Merom" Generation (Intel Xeon Core 2)
• Intel "Penryn" Generation (Intel Xeon 45nm Core2)
• Intel "Nehalem" Generation (Intel Xeon Core i7)
• Intel "Westmere" Generation (Intel Xeon 32nm Core i7)
• Intel "Sandy Bridge" Generation
