Hi kietpacisoft,
I think, that you cannot deploy vm in Workstation from OVF which you made in ESXi (due to some different Driver)
Please try following steps:
1. Open a vSphere client and shut down the VM you want to copy
2. Copy the VM
3. Highlight the VM directory on the left and hit the ‘Download” icon in the toolbar
4. Locate the location on your local machine to copy the VM to and hit ‘ok”
After download is done
1. Launch VMware Workstation, and choose File/Open from the menu
2. Locate the vmx file for the downloaded VM and click Open
3. Check the VM settings and make sure your system can handle it (primarily CPU/memory)
4. Power on the VM. Leave “I copied it” selected which will create a new VMware ID for the VM and hit OK
You may get a message depending on the OS and hardware configuration. Since you moved an existing, running VM you should have the drivers you need. Hit OK.

Dear Team,
I did step by step but failed, because I didn't receive the disk file of the VM. I will attach the image below
Thanks,

The disk file appears to be there.
You have Win10-TIA15.vmdk and Win10-TIA15-flat.vmdk
Post the vmx file please
