Hyper-V role on a Win 2008 R2 VM?

Hi,

Is it possible to enable the Hyper-V role on a Windows 2008 R2 VM image running on ESXi 4.1? If yes, what configuration changes do I need to make on the VM?

I'm afraid you are out of luck with ESXi prior to version 5. Please take a look at Running Nested VMs for more information.
