Are you looking for the current queue as in latency?
If so, you should open up the Performance tab and open up Chart Options.
Pick the "Disk" container and select the HBA you want to monitor.
Select the counters "Queue read latency" or "Queue write latency" regarding in what you want to monitor.
Apply the chart and see what happens =]
Quote from the vsp_40_admin_guide.pdf:
'The queueLatency data counter measures the average amount of time taken per SCSI command in the
VMkernel queue. This value must always be zero. If not, the workload is too high and the array cannot
process the data fast enough.'
