we have physical server that use for voip server with trixbox ce operation system and sangoma B600 card, i want to move this server to vmware but vmware vsphere 4 does not recognise this card.
please let me know how can i do this?

Pretty much your only option is VMDirectPath, but your card and your host have to support it.
The card is not officially supported via VMDirectPath either way, so that might make your decision for you.
