How to test Task management command for storage adapter

Hi , can any one please help me , how to test task management command (ABORT TASK, RESET LUN/Device/BUS etc).

Any command or any utility to testing these.

Hi,

I hope you are doing some testing or for self learning you want to try reset commands. The command which does your request is vmkfstools.

Type vmkfstools in SSH session to ESXI and you should the option.

OPTIONS FOR DEVICES:

           -L --lock [reserve|release|lunreset|targetreset|busreset|readkeys|readresv

                     ] /vmfs/devices/disks/...

           -B --breaklock /vmfs/devices/disks/...
