How to set "link up" for vmnic1 (link speed)

Hi, I have four vmnic but only vmnic0 is up with the following Link speed: 1000 Mbps, full duplex.
vmnic1, vmnic2, vmnic3 are configured by default with link speed: Link down, as it follows.

I need that vmnic1 works as vmnic0 with a link speed of 1000 Mbps.
How do you configure this thing?
Thanks!

You have an odd mix of auto-negotiate configured.  The best suggestion is to set all the vmnics to auto-negotiate and correctly configure the switch(s) so that the vmnics will come up and negotiate the speed and duplex properly.  If this is not occurring, then check your switch config and make sure you have good cables.

I set the vmnics to auto-negotiate but now I don't know how to proprerly configure the switches. I try with the same configuration of the default switch but this doesn't work.

This will be switch vendor and model dependent.  What switches do you have, vendor and model?  May be able to help in getting a base config going for ya.
