How to passthrough a PCIe device on VM's particultar slot?

Hi,

I'd like to set a passed through PCI device at 0000:00:02.0 at a particular slot (the same slot 0000:00:02.0).

Now the slot in VM is 0000:0b:00.0.I want to know how to do that.
