How to merge 5 different luns to create a single Drive in a windows VM ?

I have a ESX cluster where I've got 5 newly assigned luns of 1 TB each. Requirement is to create a 5 TB single drive in a Windows VM.

Is that possible to make this arrangement.

vCenter - 5.0

ESX cluster - 5.0
