How to launch VMs on new host after rebuild?

So my upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1.0a didn't go well and I ended up re-installing the Hypervisor. I have all VMs in a datastore which was not affected.

After mapping the datastore, how do I open/launch VMs on the new built host?

Thanks for your help.

Browse datastore, right click on vmx for each VM.  Add to inventory.  Now you can get access and boot them.

Another option is to automate this if you have loads of VM's and don't have time to register each one individually, see http://www.vcritical.com/2010/08/register-a-lun-full-of-vms-with-powercli/
