How to fix Guest VM MAC address

Hi,

I have migrated an aging physical Dell server to a VM in our new ESXi environment. However it runs an application license server based on a fingerprint that includes the NIC MAC address which apparently could change when a VM is power-cycled or moved. How can I fix the MAC address so it is permanent?

Edit Settings in Virtual machine and set manual MAC ADDRESS. and if necessary register into of virtual machine in device driver of network adapter.
