How to enable root login to VCSA 6

Hi All,

I am currently working in a vSphere 6 environment, the VCSA was installed before I took this job, I have been given the root password, I have verified that the password is correct as I can use it to login the VAMI, but when I either do the alt + F1 to login to the vcenter or SSH to the vcenter, I can't log in. I have enabled SSH on the vcenter. I can log in with the local administrator account.

Much Thanks For the Help,

Joe

Could you take some screenshots to double check the settings?

Thanks for looking Bayu, I also cannot get winSFP to unlock for root either, my purpose is in updating the Auto Deploy package on the VCSA.
