How to disable local accounts on ESXi5.0 host ???

There really are not many local accounts available - which accounts are you looking at disabling? You can mange accounts on you ESXXi host through tthe vsphere client =

See first of all on esxi host there is not so many local accounts are present but if you want to disable any specific one you can disable it via permissions tab of that esxi host. Right click on that account and remove it from that tab.
