Hi is this posible to carete Vmware 5 Distirbuted Switch on Stand alone host without using Virtual center server ?

Sorry not possible.  You need vCenter Server to use this feature.  Why do you want to use vds if you don't have vCenter.  There doesn't seem to be much point.
