I m tr to configure vsphere hypervisor (ESXi 5) on a sunfire x4470... Which has a management nic interface... Problem: I only see the two "normal" NIC cards... Is it possible to pass through managment interface of my sunfire as management card ?

This will not be possible.
These Vendor management interfaces like ILO management port for HP, cannot be used for any OS running on the Server.
