How to configure HA in 3 blade server

I've 5 dell R710 ESX 4 is running, now I need to know how can I configure HA into this 7 HOST, why I want HA is because if any of my ESX host gets down , my virtual machine should be accessible or in working condition or user should not affect , suggestion will be highly appreciable.

For HA to work you will need shared storage.

So that your users aren't affected you would need something like Fault Tollerance rather than HA because with HA the virtual machines will be restarted.

If you have shared storage and your hosts are added to a vCenter server you can enable HA in the cluster settings section.
