How to clone a VM using ESXi 4.1 and vSphere ?

Ive seen instructions that you can right click a VM and choose 'Clone', but I think this is only for vCenter

Is there a way to clone a VM in vSphere?

if you have a licensed copy of ESXi (not vSphere Hypervisor, the free edition) you can try the below document.  However, if you don't have a licensed copy you'll need vCenter for the cloning feature
