How to add a multihomed nfs datastore - Best Practise

Hello,

in my last thread I ask for performance problems in my ESXi env.

Now I read articles describing best practise for LACP with NFS- Storages.

http://frankdenneman.nl/2009/11/nfs-and-ip-hash-loadbalancing/

http://virtualgeek.typepad.com/virtual_geek/2009/06/a-multivendor-post-to-help-our-mutual-nfs-custom...

So I have to change my NFS- NAS using different ip- addresses rather then dynamic LACP.

But I couldn't find any document how to set up a multihomed nfs datastore.

Due to the fact that I did'nt have a dns in the storage network the only way is to give the nas name with the 2 ip's to the hosts file and mount the datastore using the nas- name not the ip.

I know with dns there is round robin for multihomed a- entries, but I'm not sure if it is the same with hosts file.

Somebody could suggest me how to correctly mount the nfs datastore to meet the policies in the articles?
