How to access ESX 4.1

I have a vSphere 4.1 license but I'm only planning to install ESX 4.1 without vCenter because vCenter requires another machine. Is it possible to access ESX 4.1 without vCenter server? I could access my ESXi 3.5 just by using VI Client installed on my PC. Thanks.

Thank you Athlon_crazy, that was a relief. I thought I have to find a machine to install vCenter server. I also found the answer in the ESX installation guide. It says, "After you install ESX, you must consider host management through the vSphere Client, licensing, and adding and removing custom extensions."
