How to Make SCSI Tape Drive Visible to Guest OS

I've recently installed ESXi 4 on an HP Proliant server and created an SBS 2003 virtual system. I have installed an LSI Logic PCI-x U320 SCSI hardware in the host system and have attached an IBM LTO-2 tape drive to it. Is there any way I can make this card and the attached drive visible to the guest SBS 2003 system? Thanks.

Try DirectPath I/O... Just be aware that you'll lock the VM to the host if you're considering deploying this in an ESX cluster.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked that and it says "Host does not support passthrough configuration". I'm guessing it's because the system doesn't have the particular Intel chip that it needs.
