How does ESXi iSCSI Initiator re-scan the iSCSI Target on failover?
iSCSI Initiator access to the iSCSI Target by Floating IP(Service IP).
At Failover, the Service IP move to another head,
But, ESXi iSCSI Initiator can not begin the re-scan.
