How do you change the ESXi time for logging?

Our ESXi 4.1 log files dont show the correct time. They are about 7 hours in the future. In vCenter we have time servers setup  for NTP and they show the correct time but Im assuming the logs dont use those time servers? If I go to https://hostIP/host to see the logs or to the DCUI to view the logs, thats where Im seeing the wrong time stamps. Is this something you can change or should change?

ESXi will use UTC, therefore you'll have to do a bit of math.  for us we are (UTC-07:00) Arizona.  So we subtract 7 hours from the time stamps.
