How change date format in Snapshot Manager in vSphere Client?

The date format for snapshots in Snapshot Manager is in a dd/mm/yyyy format. How can I change this to a mm/dd/yyyy format?

From what I can see, the names of the snapshots are set by BackupExec, so this is the place to look for the date format.

BTW: It seems there's a bug in your backup configuration, usually a snapshot is deleted after a backup job finishes!

The relevant PCs and servers have the correct date format, and I don't have vCenter installed (only the vSphere license to allow vStorage APIs).

As for Backup Exec, I'll probably need to check with their support. Nothing in the application shows a date format.
