How am I able to reach ESXi mgmt (host client) using mgmt network ip and vmotion network ip

I have a host with two vmk port group inside vSwitch0 assigned for ESXi management and vmotion service with different IP address.

But interesting part is I am able to access host client as well as ssh into esxi using esxi management ip and vmotion ip address, which should not.
how can I fix this, is it a bug because it's perfectly working fine

Hi Scott,
Both threads are different one and in different Environment as well. 
there is no any connection between those two threads.
Both issues are separate one.

And you have only enabled vmotion on your vmotion vmk?

only vmotion service enabled on vmk1, management services is enabled on vmk0
