Check which of VM having high utilization also you can decrease RAM of other VM's which are using less resources and set their Share priority HIGH under VM's memory location .

Right click on vm and Edit > click on memory option and chenge share to HIGH.

How is the memory usage of the machines? if they are all memory intensive ones the you are using 30GB out of available 32GB. That's why the host is throwing an error.

Six VMs times 5GB makes 30GB. In addition to the provisioned memory, each workload requires some "Memory Overhead" (see the VM's summary tab) for management and the host itself also requires some memory to run. So depending on the guest's usage the warning is not unusual.
