Host machine or VM's seem to freeze

This problem has been hitting me pretty badly recently. I have an old Dell PowerEdge 1800 that I am running ESXi 4.1 on. I have already ran through hardware tests for the server and everything passes.

What happens is that I will start a VM and it will get to about 95% and freeze there. All other VM's running lock. The only way to get out of this situation is to hard power down the server and power it back on.

This will also happen randomly and when not powering on a VM.

At this point I do not even know where to start. I have attached the .zip file for the system logs. I am not sure if that is even helpful at this point.

That could be a hardware problem.

I would agree, but all hardware tests come out clear. Hardware tests=Dell's tests you can download, burn to CD and run. Took several hours and everything passes.
