Host cos.vmdk file and logs

Hi all, I have successfully upgraded from 3.5u2 to 4.0, however have the cos.vmdk file and logs on 1 of my local DAS datastores as apposed to the host internal mirror drive. The upgrade video needs amendment to state local host drive as apposed to datastore, anyone, I am expecting another tray of drives and will wont to re-create the current arrays to something different....What can I do about this vmdk, can it be delted?, or is it the running hosts o/s?...can I shift ?

Best practice is to not touch it.

The only way to move the COS vmdk to a local datastore is make a new reinstallation.
