Host IPMI System event log status.

Good day.

VCSA 5.5u3, ESXi 5.5u3b (HP custom 3568722).

The IPMI alarm issued right after the ESXi was added to vCenter. I want to use VMware KB: The Host IPMI System Event Log Status alarm is triggered repeatedly in VMware vCenter Ser... but there is no hardware status tab in vsphere client (also there is no such tab in web client, well I didnt find it). Furthermore I cant see host Health Status (in Configuration tab) from viclient connected to vcenter, but I still can see Health Status if connected directly to the host.

So should I use localcli command to clear IPMI logs or there is a way to restore hardware status tab?

update: hardware status tab was not visible cause of vCenter Hardware Status plug-in. Will try mentioned kb later.

Well "localcli hardware ipmi sel list" shows that log was fulled in 2014, but there were no alarms issued before. "localcli hardware ipmi sel clear" works fine, alarms were cleared automatically.
