Can we check the Host Fixes and Patches Installed in ESXi via VMA?

Not sure whether this is exactly what you are looking for, but you could run

esxcli --server=<hostname> software vib list

to see what's currently installed on the hosts.

It is possible to patch and list the patch details on the ESXi host using vMA. use the ESXCLI commands to perform them
