Hi
I would look into using for Host Cache, see these links for more info - http://www.yellow-bricks.com/2011/08/18/swap-to-host-cache-aka-swap-to-ssd/ and http://buildvirtual.net/tuning-esxi-host-memory-configuration/. The host cache will be used before the VM swap files, allowing you to place the VM swap files on slower storage
Hi
Welcome to the communities.
Please follow the below pdf file it may help you anyway.

Hi wyldkao,
you'll have to add that SSD as a datastore to your ESXi host and you can place all the virtual machine swap files on that perticular disk and you can have benefit of over provisioning along with high speed SSD as a swap . This can act as a cache for your ESXi.
Here is link to how to move virtual machine swap files to destined location but for this you'll require downtime.
VMware KB: Storing a virtual machine swap file in a location other than the default in ESX/ESXi
Hope this helps you.
