High CPU from vmsyslogd

Hello,

I am a student who's looking at virtualization, but this issue is quite tiring to solve myself, maybe someone knows how to troubleshoot this?

Hosts: 2x Dell 6850

Changes to Host ESXi: Using Dell custom image of ESXI 5.5u3

Issue: On 2 separate and clean installs of 5.5u3 the CPU usage is a constant 20% and is interfering with VM performance.

Syslog.log logs in /var/log: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ieK4j9uV9v0lboYUOxRDP3IEWnHno4sBU7tfEVsnD9k

It looks like there's an issue in the logs that is explained here Syslog.log file of the Dell host reports the log spew: IpmiIfcRhFruInv‌ I have applied the fix and it has not resolved the issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Update: I'm updating to 5.5U3b as I am on U3. The issue persists.
