Help with Host SSL certificate error

Can someone please help me here.  From the research i have carried out this issue should have been taken care in ESXi 4 U1 and I am running U2.

This unfortunately is in a production environment so I am a little worried as what to expect from here.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.  Please see error screenshot attached

What was the chage done on this server.

Are you able to login through vsphere client?

No changes.  This is practically a brand new site, only been in production for around two week with two weeks of testing beforehand. I just logged in one day to find it like this. The host and VMs are uncontactsble though vCenter. They are actually up and running fine but cannot connect using vSphere client.
