Hi! I want to write a shell script which is check every specific time if a vm is powered on and if no auto power on. I have already read this article Shell script to automatically power on a specific VM which is powered off – VirtuallyVTrue but firstly when i reboot my ESXi (ver. 6.5) my cronjob has disappeared from /var/spool/cron/crontabs/root and secondly when i tried to run sh power-on.sh to test this sh could works for me i have this error : sh missing ].
E.g. I have done all steps again and again but nothing happened.
