Now Im receiving this error:

The system has found a problem on your machine and cannot continue
The BIOS reports that NUMA node 1 has no memory. This problem is either caused by a bad bios or a very unbalanced distribuition of memory modules.

Any body knows how to solve this?

Welcome to the Community

May you need check at installation guide of your server the best layout to install memory. All servers have some options to install memory according number of processor.

About bios settings you can check in http://www.vmware.com/pdf/Perf_Best_Practices_vSphere4.0.pdf

Basicly you need enable VT-X VT-D HT and Execute Disable = Enable

Check too http://virtualkenneth.com/2010/12/06/bios-settings-in-a-vmware-esxivsphere-environment/

In aditional check compatibility of your hardware with vsphere4.X or 3.X   http://www.vmware.com/go/hcl
