Hello,
None of those will be on the VMware Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) but --
Here are some websites that show compatibility and caveats with ESXi and white box motherboards:
http://www.vm-help.com//esx40i/esx40_whitebox_HCL.php
Also, make sure whatever CPUs you use have SLAT capability -- that will give you more options for your lab -- now and in the future:
Here's a Wikipedia page on SLAT:

Here's a page with some summary info on SLAT cabable CPUs and other hypervisors:

Thank you kiyoshi for your quick reply,
One question, does this kit supports IOMMU(similar to Vt-d)? I am planning to buy asus M5A99fx pro R 2.0 + FX8120 eight core buldozer.
This mainboard is having 990FX chipset which is said to support full IOMMU. I don't know about SLAT support.
moreover all rtl 8111 ethernet controller supports ESXI 5.x so as to this mainboard.
How do we know if it takes care of the IOMMU and SLAT?
Hello kiyoshi,
please go through this.
For IOMMU,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_AMD_chipsets
For SLAT,
http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/GPU120AMDRVICPUsHyperVWin8.aspx
It is written in concern to windows 8 but its true for ESXi.
Regards,
My motherboard don't support IOMMU
My CPU use AMD-V Technology with Rapid Virtualization Indexing (SLAT)
