Take a look at http://kb.vmware.com/kb/289902 which explains the error codes.

Unless I'm interpreting this incorrectly, it's an "ILLEGAL REQUEST". Do you use a supported storage system (e.g. VAAI).

KB http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1010244 also explains the sense code:

ASQ/ASCQ 0x20/0x0 is Invalid Command Operation Code

Also, it says:

This is not necessarily a problem. Some devices do not and cannot provide the requested information.

But, if you are seeing that ESX is being affected by this, it can mean that you have a device problem:

If the storage device is otherwise working correctly, the log messages  can be ignored. If the device is experiencing issues, engage the  hardware storage device vendor and VMware Support to investigate  further.

I would call storage vendor ASAP. You may be running into a LUN integrity issue, or something like this.
