One of my hosts appears to be frozen but all the VMs on it are running OK. F2 to customize is unresponsive. I'm thinking if I restart the managment agents everything will start working but I can't get to the screen to do it. Are there any other ways or restarting the managment agents? It locked up on me when I rescaned the software initiator.
do you have remote tech support mode enabled? If so, can you SSH into the host and restart the management agents that way? Also, if your guests are ok, just give it sometime, you host may start responding shortly
Schedule downtime and once the window comes log in to your VMs and shut them down then register the VMs on another host and then reboot your frozen host and troubleshoot from there.
