HbrManagerReplicationVmInfo

I am attempting to obtain the replication status for VMs and found HbrManagerReplicationVmInfo at vSphere 5.5 Documentation Center.  Within that is the property I'm most interested in, which is the state.  However, unlike say VirtualDevice at vSphere 5.5 Documentation Center, there is no "Property of" reference for HbrManagerReplicationVmInfo, which indicates how to obtain this Data Object.  I don't imagine it exists within a vacuum so I'm curious how to get it in an XML response contained within a VirtualMachine Managed Objects like the following:
